5.). Adds Ins: nuts, chai seeds, flax seeds, protein powder, spirulina, coconut, nut butters, ginger, aloe vera, cacao, and turmeric
6.) Optional sweeteners: Avoid white sugar and try honey, dates, monk fruit, or agave.
Tips: Pre-pack and freeze your fruits & veggies in snack bags to save time. Frozen fruit also helps to thicken your smoothie.

Attention! Due to public concerns over the recent outbreak of COVID-19, Trinity is taking precautions to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. Until further notice, we are cancelling our walk-in appointments. This includes Walk-in Wednesdays. This is in an effort to screen all patients who come in our offices. We want to be able to take proper precautions for patients who might have respiratory symptoms. We have protocols in place to handle these situations, and we are able to control our environment when we know a patient is coming in. We understand that this is a major inconvenience for our patients and we will reinstall our walk-in appointments when the time is right. We will continue to see scheduled patients, but please call ahead if you are experiencing any respiratory symptoms. Meanwhile, we encourage you to call our office if you don't have an appointment, but need to be seen and we can screen those calls and schedule appointments as deemed necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
